Spring LandI close my eyes and let the music carry me away, to a far away land, once forgotten. As I drift away I swear I can feel the wind rustle through my hair. I can almost feel the soft grass under me. The sweet melody plays, but I only smell the blooming wild flowers and hear the wind playing through the trees. The verse melts into chorus as my worries melt into pure bliss. The warm sun melts the winter ice. The burden is lifted from my shoulders. I am a new, like the spring. The notes fade and I blink into the harsh winter sun. My land is once again forgotten, until next time.
